Osmo Hour of Code Week 2020 – Day 1

December 8, 2020 / Educator Resources

It’s that time of year again! Computer Science Education Week’s Hour of Code! Hadi Partovi, founder and CEO of Code.org said “The Hour of Code is a one-hour introduction to computer science, designed to demystify code and show that anybody can learn the basics.” And that’s where the Osmo Coding Family comes in!

To get you started with an Hour of Code, take a look at this lesson/activity by Osmo Ambassador Sharon Cariño and use storybooks and Osmo Coding Awbie to start sequencing code! Every day this week, we’ll post another activity/lesson to keep the spirit of computer science going, so stay tuned.
