When this mom’s son was diagnosed with a motor-speech disorder, she used Osmo as one tool to help him communicate to the world

Like a lot of children Nicole Vento’s son, Westley, loves nature, animals, making new friends, and building Legos.

But when Westley was two years old, Nicole noticed he wasn’t able to speak as clearly as most children his age. He was diagnosed with apraxia, a motor-speech disorder, which makes it difficult for children to speak clearly.

Nicole sprung into action and quickly found tools, including Osmo, which helped Westley to communicate. This is their story.
