We gave educators a sneak peak of Reading Adventure. Here’s what they had to say.

If there were three words to summarize the reaction educators at the ISTE Conference in June had after seeing Reading Adventure, Osmo from BYJU’S new interactive learn-to-read program, they came from Kristin Merrill, a fourth-grade teacher and one-half of The Merrills Edu. “Oh my gosh,” she said. 

“That looks absolutely amazing,” added Joe Merrill, a first-grade teacher. “I cannot wait for that to be launched in September. I’m looking forward to adding that to my classroom library and get that going for my kids.”

Educators were given the chance to test the product at the 2022 conference in New Orleans and through the experience met Nebula, Oliver and saw how the program used speech recognition and physical books to help children learn how to – and fall in love with – reading. 

“I loved how much it really grows with the students,” said Heather Esposito, a reading specialist. “I loved that there’s a sequence so that it builds upon their skill acquisition as they go through so it’s not just a one-stop shop activity but something they can maintain and grow with throughout the grades.”
