Check out these easy yoga activities for kids:

Salutation

For this yoga activity, all you must do is remain in standing position and join your hands. Remember to close your eyes too!

Camel

This is one of the best yoga positions for kids. Simply sit down on your knees and stretch your arms backward all the way to your toes.

Bhastrika

First, sit with your legs crossed and take a deep breath. Once you’ve filled your lungs with air, release your breath. Make sure to count till 5 and only then release. Gradually, practice this technique by breathing with force. You could even raise your hands up and down as you inhale and exhale with force.

Tree

Here’s a great yoga pose to improve balance. Remain in a standing position, and then lift your right foot and place it on your left inner thigh. Then, place your hands above your head and join them together. Try to hold this pose for at least 30 seconds. Repeat this activity with the left leg.

Butterfly

Yoga for kids can be supremely beneficial. In this exercise, kids must sit with their spine upright and their feet touching each other. Then, they must hold these two feet together, and gently move their knees and thighs downward while exhaling, just like a butterfly flaps its wings.
